These Terms of Service govern your use of ScraperAI, a Chrome extension that helps users extract visible webpage data and export it into structured files.
Use of the Extension
You may use ScraperAI to analyze visible webpage content and export data for your own lawful purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ScraperAI complies with applicable laws, website terms, and data protection requirements.
Free and Pro Features
ScraperAI offers a free version and a Pro version.
- Free users can export up to 100 rows per export.
- ScraperAI Pro is priced at $19.99 as a one-time payment.
- Pro users can export up to 2,000 rows per export.
- Pro access is activated with a License Key after purchase.
Payments and License Keys
Payments and License Key delivery are handled by Creem. Creem may process payment, customer, order, and license information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Your License Key may be used only according to the activation limits configured for ScraperAI Pro.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ScraperAI to:
- Access private or restricted content without permission.
- Violate website terms or applicable law.
- Collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis.
- Interfere with or overload websites or services.
- Reverse engineer, abuse, or bypass license activation mechanisms.
No Guarantee
ScraperAI is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that extraction will work on every website, because webpages may restrict access, require login, change structure, or load content dynamically.
